The Parish Council has been informed by the Environment Agency of an amber weather warning covering some areas in the north of the county.

Spells of heavy rain are expected, with the heaviest rain likely to develop during Wednesday (today) afternoon and continue into tomorrow morning.

The weather forecast for our area is heavy rain for the next couple of days and the MET office has issued a yellow weather warning which is in place from 3am 3rd October to midday 4th October.

I have spoken with NWLDC who have sandbags available for collection ahead of the storm.
