Development Strategy Options and Policy Options (Regulation 18) Consultation

North West Leicestershire District Council is undertaking a Local Plan Review. The review will update the adopted Local Plan 2017 (as amended by the Partial Review) and will cover the period to 2039.

The consultation document sets out potential options for a number of key issues that the Local Plan Review must address, including development strategy options for both housing and employment, as well as more specific policy topics.

NWLDC are interested to hear your views. The document contains a number of consultation questions. You do not need to answer each question; just the ones which are relevant to you. You can send us your response:

• by completing a Response Form (Word Document, 0.1 Mb) and emailing it to planning.policy@nwleicestershire.gov.uk
• by post to the Planning Policy & Land Charges Team, North West Leicestershire District Council, Council Offices, Whitwick Road, Coalville LE67 3FJ

Remember, we must receive your comments by the end of Monday 28 February 2022.
