Passengers are advised that West End in Long Whatton will be closed from Monday 11th February to enable Severn Trent Water to undertake emergency works.

While this road closure is in place, this service will operate to a diversion route and will not be able to serve Long Whatton and Diseworth.

A replacement taxi service (Monday-Saturday) will be made available from Tuesday 12th February for residents of Long Whatton and Diseworth to and from East Midlands Airport and Hathern during this time.

Journeys from Long Whatton (Post Office) to East Midlands Airport via Diseworth (Brookside/Lady Gate junction) will depart at the following times: 06.30, 08.10 and 10.25. Return journeys will take place at 12.00, 15.35 and 19.00.

Journeys from Diseworth (Brookside/Lady Gate junction) to Hathern (The Anchor Inn) via Long Whatton (Post Office) will depart at the following times: 06.50, 07.40 and 09.35. Return journeys will take place at 11.35, 15.00, 16.35, 18.00 and 18.40
